WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?

All orders are posted within 2 business days of receiving your order.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Australian delivery times:

FREE Standard Delivery: Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post - this means your parcel will arrive to you in approximately 2 - 4 days within major Australian cities.
Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.

Express Post Option: Need your order ASAP? You can opt for Australia Post Express Post as your delivery option which means your parcel will arrive to you in the next business day. Please select this option before checking out.

International delivery times:

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Pack & Track which takes approximately 1 - 3 weeks.
Track your Order: All international orders are trackable via the Australia Post website here: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves here and then again when it has reached your nearest post office.

You will receive an email from Curated Label confirming your order. Once your order has been packed and processed, you will receive a second, personalised email with a tracking number. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email just in case it does not end up in your Inbox.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left our office they are then property of Australia Post. Curated Label is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please contact us at curatedlabel[at]gmail[dot]com.


HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

  • Once you've added all the items in your shopping cart, click 'Check Out'.
  • Enter the correct discount code on the 'Discount' field then click 'Apply'.
  • If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one discount code is redeemable per order.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by getting in contact with us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and emailing us a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


Please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item at curatedlabel[at]gmail[dot]com.
Please note, no exchange or returns on sale items and earrings for hygiene purposes.

The unwanted item must be posted back to us within 14 business days after you have received your order, with the postage cost payable by the customer.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges however if you would like another size or style, you are able to re-purchase the item online and then lodge your unwanted item for a return by contacting us at curatedlabel[at]gmail[dot]com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We offer a refund for items that are full priced and returned to us within 14 business days after you have received your order. You must get in contact with us to let us know that you wish to refund the item within 7 business days of receiving your order.
